Job Gear is hiring English Speaking Dispatch Associate.

Job Title: Dispatch Associate

Location: Georgia, Tbilisi

Working Days: Monday - Saturday (6 days in a week);

Working Hours: 16:00 – 01:00

Salary: 750 GEL – 2500 GEL + Bonus up to 3000 GEL

Responsibilities:

• Finding cargo from Load board in the US;

• Carry on negotiations with intermediary companies;

• Receiving orders (from relevant Load board, by phone, e-mail);

• Preparation of necessary documentation;

• Cargo control and organization of the shipping process.
   

Qualifications:

• English Fluently;

• Russian Language Knowledge – B2 level (desirable);

• MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)

Skills:

• Well-organized, detail-oriented with great follow-up skills.

• multi-tasking;

• Communicability;

• Ability to work independently and in a team;

• High sense of responsibility;

• Creative and analytical thinking.
